Bradford factor (BRADFORD_FACTOR_NB)
The Bradford factor is calculated using the Bradford Formula D x F² = B .
- D = total number of days of absence
- F = total number of separate absences (Frequency)
- B = Bradford Factor score
SD Worx calculates the Bradford Factor Score (BRADFORD_FACTOR_NB) per month based on the international standard. It incorporates each day of absence and each frequency of absence within a rolling period of the previous 12 months.
For example, the Bradford Factor score for the period 202301 is calculated:
- (sum of days of absence from Jan 1 2022 until Dec 31 2022) x (sum of number of separate absences from Jan 1 2022 until Dec 31 2022)²
Total labour costs (KPI$A_TOTLC_TOTALLABOURCOST)
The total labour costs groups all the amounts of the following metrics. Only the SD Worx management costs are not included.
