NL: Welkom op de catalogus van 'Insights Dashboard'!
De catalogus van de 'Insights Dashboard' app kan worden beschouwd als een bibliotheek waarin je veel HR inzichten kunt terugvinden met betrekking tot jullie workforce, diversiteit, personeelsontwikkeling, personeelsverloop en ziekteverzuim. Check de definities van deze HR domeinen.
De inzichten zijn gebaseerd op de gegevens van jullie organisatie, afkomstig uit het payroll systeem. Alle visuals tonen geconsolideerde data; details op werknemersniveau zijn niet beschikbaar in deze B.I.-tool.
Om inzichten te delen met anderen, kan je zelf rapporten aanmaken door de gewenste visuals uit de catalogus te kiezen. Het is mogelijk een rapport te bewerken door tekst toe te voegen en visuals naar een andere plek in het rapport te verplaatsen. Je kunt ook een specifieke referentieperiode voor de visuals selecteren. Telkens je inlogt, tonen de rapporten de meest recente data.
Een download van een rapport in PDF zal in de toekomst mogelijk zijn, daar wordt aan gewerkt.
Om meer specifieke inzichten te bekomen, kun je filteren op aspecten zoals statuut, anciënniteit, enz. op de visuals.
Bij vragen, suggesties of opmerkingen kan je gebruik maken van de 'Feedback button'. Het toevoegen van screenshots kan de support vlotter laten verlopen.

Le catalogue de l'application 'Insights Dashboard' peut être considéré comme une bibliothèque dans laquelle vous pouvez trouver de nombreuses informations RH relatives à votre personnel, à la diversité, au développement du personnel, à la rotation du personnel et à l'absentéisme. Consultez les définitions de ces domaines RH.
Les informations (insights) sont basées sur les données de votre organisation provenant du système de paie. Tous les visuels/graphiques montrent des données consolidées ; les détails au niveau de l'employé ne sont pas disponibles dans cet outil.
Pour partager des informations/insights avec d'autres collègues, vous pouvez créer vos propres rapports en sélectionnant les visuels souhaités dans le catalogue. Il est possible d'éditer un rapport en ajoutant du texte et en déplaçant les visuels à un autre endroit dans le rapport. Vous pouvez également sélectionner une période de référence spécifique pour les visuels. Chaque fois que vous vous connectez, les rapports affichent les données les plus récentes.
Le téléchargement d'un rapport au format PDF sera possible à l'avenir.
Pour obtenir des informations/insights plus spécifiques, des filtres tels que le statut, l'ancienneté, etc. peuvent être appliqués dans les graphiques/visuels.

EN: Welcome to the catalog of 'Insights Dashboard'!
The catalog of the 'Insights Dashboard' app can be considered as a library where you can find many HR insights regarding your workforce, diversity, workforce evolution, employee turnover and sick leave. Check out the defintions of the 6 HR domains.
The insights are based on your organisation's data from the payroll system. All visuals show consolidated data; employee-level details are not available in this B.I. tool.
To share insights with others, you can create your own reports by selecting the desired visuals from the catalog. It is possible to edit a report by adding text and moving visuals to another place in the report. You can also select a specific reference period for the visuals. Each time you log in, the reports will show the most recent data.
A download of a report in PDF will be possible in the future, this is being worked on.
To get more specific insights, filters like statute, seniority, etc can be applied in the visuals.
