Overview of the International Reporting offerings
The International Reporting offerings are composed of two complimentary products:
- International Essentials
It is a commercial reporting product that SD Worx offers to international customers. It is a point-and-click HR analytics solution with numerous visuals and extensive filter possibilities.
It provides insights into the following KPIs: Headcount, Labour cost, and Absences.
The dashboard is built on aggregated data to provide a consistent view across countries. - International Insights Cloud
It is a commercial reporting product built on a cloud platform that provides HR and payroll data optimized for analysis and reporting. International customers can easily load their data into reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
Their HR departments can create and maintain professional dashboards tailored to the organization. The platform also allows for straightforward integration with data outside the SD Worx systems. Additionally, customers can connect directly to their own data warehouse for integrated management reporting. It zooms in on consolidated and detailed headcount, wage cost, and absences metrics, compared across different countries.
It includes aggregated payroll data (gross-to-net) and SD Worx WFM data.
Warning! These reports present personal data including salary data on all employees and access is across countries. Make sure that the data is only used by the right people for the right purpose.
