Totaal basis jaarloon / totaal aantal gepresteerde uren.

Welke componenten zitten vervat in het basis uurloon?

  • Basisloon (vast en aanvullend)
  •   Ploegvergoeding
  •   Wachtvergoeding / Stand-by / On call

Het basis uurloon wordt bekomen door de som van vast & aanvullend basisloon over de referentieperiode, te delen door de overeenkomstige geregistreerde uren in die referentieperiode

Welke componenten zitten vervat in de variabele en aanvullende beloning?

Aanvullende of variabele componenten, bestaande uit:

de som van aanvullende en variabele looncomponenten over de referentieperiode.

Om vergelijkbaarheid mogelijk te maken worden sommige componenten eerst naar full time basis herrekend:

  • variabel loon
  • Variabel loon (VAA))
  • Cheques / Bedrijfsspecifieke premies
  • compenserende vergoeding startersloon
  • productiviteitspremie ikv instapopleiding
  • Vakbondspremie

Andere componenten dienen niet herrekend te worden :

  • Verzekering & pensioenplan
  • Mobiliteit
  • Multimedia
  • uitvindersvergoeding
  • Voordelen en vergoedingen (VAA)
  • Verkeersboetes

Gross hourly wage

Which components are included in the basic ('gross') hourly wage?

Basic hourly wage, comprising:

  • Basic wage (fixed and supplementary)
  • Shift allowances
  • Stand-by / “on-call” allowances

The basic hourly wage is calculated by dividing the sum of the fixed and supplementary basic wage over the reference period by the corresponding number of recorded hours in that reference period.

Variable pay

Which components are included in variable and supplentary pay?

Supplementary or variable components, consisting of:

 the sum of supplementary and variable pay components over the reference period.

 To enable comparison, some components are first converted to a full-time equivalent basis (=prorated) and some others don't.

  • Vouchers and company-specific allowances (Cheques / Bedrijfsspecifieke premies) => prorated
  • Compensation supplement for starters pay (compenserende vergoeding startersloon) => prorated
